The course of your day, good or bad, is set into motion by the very first thoughts that enter your mind as you wake up. To help you experience a great day, it is a good idea for you to be still for a few moments after waking, then begin slowly filling your mind with positive and happy thoughts like : "This is a wonderful day!" "Today is fantastic!" "I am happy!" "it's cool to be me" "Yes, yes, ye...s!
Then .... JUMP out of bed! Strech your arms out wide, pump your clenched fists in the air, and shout :
" YES, TODAY IS A MAGNIFICENT DAY!!!!!"
Make this a daily habit. Your days will definitely be more enjoyable as your thouts take on new vibrancy and you become more empowered.
